Women Help Capture 'Upskirt' Photographer

....A 38-year-old man in Sanford was arrested on charges he secretly took photos up the skirts of young women while they shopped in Central Florida...

Investigators said a group of women spotted John Soto, 38, using his cell phone to shoot images up the dresses of women at the J.C. Penney store inside the Seminole Towne Center Mall in Sanford.

The women alerted a shopper apparently being photographed and called for security.....
