How do you let your 4 year old get that close?
When I was a kid my parents took my brother and I. My Dad held each of us in turn as we stood on some kind of railing.. I don't remember exactly why but I suppose the railing obstructed our view.
My mom was afraid of heights and wouldn't go near it but she was paralyzed with fear of my dad letting one of us slip out of his grasp and us falling to our death.
It's very sad to see it really happen.
