Lisa Marie's father, Elvis Presley, otherwise known as the King of Rock, famously gained weight at the end of his career, which compounded his health problems. While Lisa Marie was not quite her svelte former self, her extra weight could be related to the rumors that she's pregnant by her fourth husband, musician Michael Lockwood.
