Which would you rather your kid eat: Chicken McNuggets or Silly Putty? They might not be as different as we think.
CNN reports that McDonald's makes its Chicken McNuggets with the chemical preservative tertiary butylhydroquinone (tBHQ), a petroleum-based product (who says Americans aren't addicted to oil?). Those yummy petroleum-packed McNuggets also contain the oh-so-scrumptious ingredient dimethylpolysiloxane (an anti-foaming agent). Guess where else you can find that one? Silly Putty...

Have you ever tried either of those two things with a McNugget? It could be possible!

Ugh, the first and last time I ever ate McNuggets, they were GREEN on the inside! And my stupid arse had already eaten two of them before I noticed. I was sick for three days. Never again!

I will admit that Wendy's is good for that once- or twice-a-year chicken nugget craving I get. They have some unpronounceable ingredients, too, but they are good nuggets. And for only 99 cents!

What a coincidence. I often make my kids a nice dimethylpolysiloxane casserole.

I've said for a long time that McDonald's and other fast "foods" are barely food.

Beaks, talons and anything that falls on the floor....ground up sprayed with a chemcical that smells like chicken. But by all means feed them to your children dipped in flavored wallpaper paste.

I'm truly glad I stopped eating at Mickey D's long ago.

Though, I do admit to an occasional Take 5 McFlurry.

I didn't know that saliva was an ingredient in silly putty, McNuggets are coated, fried pieces of premasticated chicken product and they make me gag.

ewww, I haven't had any of these "chicken" nuggets for years...

I do occasionally eat Chick-fil-A nuggets though.
