First because, if the 100+ million people who bought iPhones and iPads had not been able to afford iPhones or iPads, Apple wouldn't have sold any of them.It doesn't matter how much "demand" is created by a product that is so awesome that everyone wants it. If no one has the money to buy it, they won't buy it.
